Baker Boot Point 325 Fabricated Hardfaced with Hardware

Baker boot point for the 325 Coil Tyne Assembly on older Agrowdrills. Also fits various third-party seed drills and coil tynes.

An extended variant (115-3032) with tile and hardfacing is also available for deeper sowing depths.

The 325 Baker Boot is 100% Australian-made and engineered for exceptional durability and performance. This rugged design ensures the Baker Boot lasts multiple seasons without excessive wear, reducing the need for frequent replacements and delivering long-term value for farmers.

The point is fully fabricated (not cast) from 6mm Bizalloy plate for superior resistance to cracking, and is built to withstand extreme wear while maintaining its cutting efficiency. To further enhance longevity, all leading edges are reinforced with a heavy-duty tungsten carbide chip and hardfaced welding, providing superior resistance against abrasion and impact. 

The 325 baker boot is supplied with the following hardware to attach to your tyne (60mm hole centres):

• 2 x BOLT 3/8" x 1" UNC G8 Zinc (133-0070)
• 2 x WASHER SPRING 3/8" ZINC (135-0030)
• 2 x NUT HEX 3/8" UNC ZINC (134-0030)

The 325 baker boot point produces an inverted 'T' groove in the soil, creating an ideal micro-climate for seed germination into which the seed is placed. The Baker Boot provides excellent seed-to-soil contact, minimal soil disturbance, accurate seed placement, and maintenance of soil structure, all of which contribute to improved seed germination and plant establishment.
