Our baker boot points are fabricated and not cast, being made in Australia out of 6 mm Bisalloy wear-resistant plate. This premium heavy-duty build is more resistant from cracking or breaking, ensuring robustness when striking unseen objects hidden below the soil. The boots are tungsten hardfaced on the leading edges to protect the wear surfaces and extend the working life of the point.
Agrowplow baker boots, such as those on the 425 coil tyne standard on most Agrowdrills. provide excellent seed-to-soil contact, minimal soil disturbance, accurate seed placement, and maintenance of soil structure, all of which contribute to improved seed germination and plant establishment.

View full detailsAgrowdrill double disc soil openers consist of a matched pair of 16" plain and notched discs that open a narrow funnel for the seed while ensuring maximum trash flow. The spacing between the discs can be modified with optional spacers to better suit a range of soils and conditions. Mud scraper units can also be fitted to better handle muddy conditions.
The notched disc has ten notches and sits forward on the left-hand side of the assembly. The plain disc sits back on the right-hand side of the assembly. This offset design allows the discs to cut through trash for zero tillage applications in a range of soil conditions.
